Plans and limits
Ithura has four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Every price is published, including Enterprise. Every new workspace starts with a 14 day Pro trial, no card required; when the trial ends the workspace continues on the Free plan unless you pick a paid one.

Import and export are available on every plan, including Free. Your data is never held hostage.
How the Free plan behaves
Free is a real, permanent workspace for individuals and very small teams: tasks, sub-tasks, all the views, comments, and real-time collaboration.
If a workspace on Free is over the limits (for example it dropped from a paid plan with 10 members and 4 projects), it becomes read-only for edits: everything stays visible and exportable, and you can remove members, delete projects, or upgrade to resume editing. Nothing is deleted.
Activity older than 30 days is hidden on Free, not erased; it reappears when you upgrade.
Trials and downgrades
- The 14 day trial gives every new workspace the full Pro feature set. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan or continue on Free.
- If a paid subscription ends (cancelled or payment failed beyond the 14 day grace window), the workspace moves to Free with the same over-limit behaviour described above. Data is kept.
- Upgrading unlocks gated features within a minute; no data migration is involved.
